Three friends. One trailer. A Tempe story.
What happens when three people finally decide the 9-to-5 isn't the answer.
We were three corporate employees with one shared frustration.
For years, we sat in the same fluorescent-lit offices, answered the same emails, and traded our best hours for someone else's vision. We watched friends build real things — companies, brands, lives on their own terms — while we watched the clock.
One valley wedding changed it for us. The venue was stunning. The florals, flawless. The food, elevated. And then came the restrooms — a tired plastic box behind a hedge that undid the entire evening in about four seconds. We talked about it for weeks afterward. Not because of the trailer. Because of the gap. The one nobody in Arizona had closed.
So we did what people with office jobs rarely actually do. We drew up a plan on a napkin at a Tempe coffee shop. We pooled savings. We put in notice. We bought one trailer — a Lang Pro Series XL, the same unit the top-rated operators in the country use — and we committed to doing one thing at a very high level instead of many things adequately.
Level Up Lavatories is what happens when three people who were tired of being mediocre inside someone else's company decide to be exceptional inside their own. Every event that leaves our yard is checked personally — because for now, all three of our names are on every one of them.
