72° Cool Comfort
We guarantee the interior temperature stays at 72°F or cooler during your entire event window, regardless of outside temperature. If we fall short, you receive a written service credit — no dispute, no fine print.
Booking Confirmed
Within 24 hours of signing, you receive a countersigned contract and reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days. If we miss a confirmation, you keep your deposit and walk — no cancellation fee.
Owner On Call
The owner's direct cell number is posted inside the trailer and included in your contract. If anything goes wrong during your event, you speak with the person responsible — not a dispatcher.

We run one trailer. Every event gets inspected personally, cooled hours early, and signed off by an owner before your guests arrive. A 30-unit national operator can't make the same promise — and most of them don't try.
